1. Who we are and how to contact us

AI Rap Video (“AI Rap Video”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the AI rap video service at https://ai-rap-video.xyz . We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy request, contact [email protected] .

Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake (“Waffo”). Waffo handles payment data, taxes, receipts, and refunds as the seller of record, and its own privacy policy also applies to the purchase.

2. What we collect

Account data. Your email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and the date you created your account.

Content you submit. The photos you upload, the topic text you enter, and the videos generated from them.

Usage and device data. Pages and features you use, credit and render activity, IP address, browser and device type, language, and timestamps. We use this to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and fix errors.

Billing and order data. The pack you bought, the amount, currency, order number, payment status, and the email used at checkout. Card details are entered on Waffo’s checkout and are not stored on our servers; we receive only the transaction status and identifiers needed to grant credits and handle refunds.

Support communications. Messages you send through the support panel or by email, including any images you attach.

Cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms from cross-site requests. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though signing in requires the essential ones.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• provide the Service, including writing lyrics, generating music, and rendering your video;
• grant credits, record orders, and process refunds;
• send transactional messages such as sign-in links, receipts, and render failures;
• respond to support requests and content reports;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy;
• understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or outputs to train AI models.

4. AI processing

Before generation, uploaded photos and the topic text pass an automated content check. A photo or topic that fails is rejected on the spot: it is not sent to any model provider and no credits are spent. To produce a video, we send your photos and topic to third-party AI model providers. Those providers process the material only to return the requested output. Uploaded photos are held on the provider’s temporary file storage for the duration of the render and expire automatically within 24 hours; we do not keep our own copy of uploaded inputs.

Generated videos are stored so you can watch and download them from your library — in our object storage when configured, otherwise on our server’s disk. They remain until you delete them or ask us to delete them.

The AI models we use are listed in our Terms of Service . Model providers may change over time; we choose providers that apply content-safety measures.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where needed:

• AI model providers — to generate lyrics, music, and the video.
• Waffo Pancake — as Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax, receipts, and refunds.
• Infrastructure and email providers — hosting, storage, and transactional email.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
• A successor entity — if the Service is transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

We require service providers to protect data and to use it only for the purpose we engaged them for.

6. How long we keep data

• Account data — while your account is open, and for up to 90 days after deletion for backup, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
• Uploaded photos — only for the render; the provider’s temporary copy expires within 24 hours, and we keep no separate copy.
• Content-check records — 24 hours, and they hold only the verdict (a pass/fail plus a numeric score), never the image itself.
• Generated videos — until you delete them or close your account, then removed from active storage within 30 days.
• Orders, credits, and tax records — as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
• Support messages — up to 24 months after the conversation closes.
• Server logs — up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data;
• export your data in a portable format;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] . We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. Deleting your account removes your videos and inputs from active systems, subject to the retention periods above.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and we share only the data needed for the relevant task.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, secret management, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authority if a breach affects you, where the law requires it.

10. Children

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
