Acceptable Use Policy
The content rules for AI Rap Video: what you may upload, what you may generate, how we moderate, and how to report abuse.
Last updated: 2026-10-24
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everything you submit to AI Rap Video and everything the Service generates for you: topics, photos, lyrics, music, and videos. It forms part of our Terms of Service . By using the Service you agree to this AUP.
2. The six prohibited categories
You must not use the Service to create, request, or distribute any of the following.
2.1 Pornography and NSFW content. No sexual or sexually explicit content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, or sexualised depictions of real people.
2.2 Violence and gore. No graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or content that glorifies or incites violence against people or animals.
2.3 Hate speech. No content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
2.4 Child-unsafe content (CSAM). No content that sexualises minors in any way. Child sexual abuse material is absolutely prohibited, including AI-generated or synthetic material. This is a zero-tolerance rule with no exceptions.
2.5 Deepfakes and impersonation. No face swaps, identity replacement, or synthetic content that puts a real person’s identity or likeness onto someone else, or that presents a real person as saying or doing something fabricated and passes it off as authentic. No content that impersonates a public figure, celebrity, politician, or any other real person in a misleading way.
2.6 Copyright and trademark infringement. No content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property — including copyrighted characters, logos, brands, films, games, or commercial recordings you do not have the rights to use.
3. Zero-tolerance content
The following is removed immediately, and the account may be terminated and reported to the relevant authorities:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual content involving minors;
- content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence;
- instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction;
- content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, or “nudify” content of any real person;
- face swaps or identity replacement of any real person, whether or not they consent;
- content that presents fabricated statements or actions of a real person as authentic.
4. Photos you upload
4.1 Consent is required. You may upload only your own photos, or photos of people who have explicitly agreed to appear in the video. By uploading, you confirm that you own the material or have permission from everyone depicted.
4.2 Minors. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. Never use the Service to sexualise a minor.
4.3 Public figures. Do not use photos of celebrities, politicians, public figures, or other people you do not personally know. The Service is for your own people — friends, family, teams, pets — not for impersonation.
4.4 Music and voice. Lyrics, the beat, and the vocals are generated by the Service — you cannot upload your own track, and the Service does not clone a specific artist’s voice. Do not use prompts that try to reproduce a real artist’s voice, a commercial recording, or a copyrighted song.
4.5 Sensitive material. Do not upload identity documents, financial records, or any image that is not a photo you intend to animate.
4.6 Upload confirmation. Before generating, you must confirm in the interface that everyone in the photos has agreed to appear. Uploading without that confirmation is a breach of this AUP.
5. AI-generated content and disclosure
Every video produced by the Service is AI-generated. You must not present it as authentic footage, nor use it to deceive viewers about a real person’s words or actions. When you publish a video on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another platform, follow that platform’s rules for labelling AI-generated media. We label outputs inside the Service; removing or obscuring that label before redistribution is not permitted.
6. Moderation
6.1 Automated checks. Every uploaded photo passes an automated NSFW check before it is accepted, and the topic text is screened before generation. A photo or topic that fails is rejected on the spot, is never sent to a model provider, and costs no credits. Outputs may be reviewed after generation as well.
6.2 Human review. Reported content and flagged requests may be reviewed by a person. We keep records of moderation decisions and may be required to produce them to payment or regulatory partners.
6.3 Updated blocklists. We maintain and update blocklists covering sexual content, child-unsafe terms, copyrighted characters and brands, violence, hate, and public-figure impersonation.
7. Reporting abuse
If you see content or behaviour that violates this AUP, email [email protected] with the subject “Content report” . Include the video or account link, what you believe is violated, and any context that helps us locate it. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, remove content that violates this AUP, and take account-level action where needed. You can also use the “Report content” link in the site footer.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may:
- block a request before generation and return its credits;
- remove generated content;
- warn the account holder;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- forfeit credits obtained or used in breach;
- report serious violations to payment providers, platforms, or authorities.
We aim to apply the least severe measure that addresses the issue. If we terminate your account for a reason other than your breach, unused credits are refunded.
9. Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision or enforcement action was wrong, email [email protected] within 30 days with the details. We review appeals and respond within 5 business days.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this AUP as the Service or applicable rules change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Questions: [email protected] .
